We handle the numbers so you can grow.

Three ways we keep your books in order.

Pick the piece you need or hand us the lot. Everything runs on clean cloud software, with one named bookkeeper who knows your business.

Daily bookkeeping

Your records kept daily and constantly reconciled, so the books are always current and ready for VAT submissions.

Catch up and clean up

Popular with businesses that have fallen behind. We rebuild the records, sort the backlog, and get you current again.

Accounts receivable and payable

Your invoices and bills managed for you, so money owed comes in and money due goes out on time.

Finding efficiencies and inefficiencies.

Speed and accuracy is part of the service. We reply inside 24 hours, keep the books current every day, and file everything early, because slow numbers are stale numbers. The faster your books move, the faster you can act on them.

Then we hunt the inefficiencies inside the bookkeeping process itself. Chasing purchase invoices, waiting on information from clients, receipts that never arrive, statements that turn up late. We build simple routines around each one so the books never stall.

Let the software do the heavy lifting.

Bank feeds

Transactions flow straight from the bank into the books every morning, no downloads and no typing.

Receipt capture

Snap a receipt on your phone and it files itself against the right transaction with the VAT picked out.

Invoice chasing

Polite reminders go out on schedule the moment an invoice falls due, so you never have to send an awkward email.

Smart reconciliation

Rules match the regular payments automatically, leaving only the genuine oddities for a human eye.

We build these into whichever software suits you, keep the rules tuned, and watch the exceptions daily.

Win back your week.

Tap the admin you still do by hand and watch the hours come back. Follow up emails, payment reminders and receipt filing all run themselves once the automation is in place.

Each block is one hour of admin every week.

Up to 5 hours a week*

Up to 260 hours a year handed back to the business. We set the automations up, keep them tuned and watch them daily, so the admin quietly does itself.

*Based on what owners typically tell us these jobs take. Every plan includes the automations, the setup and the tuning.

What it costs.

Three simple plans, one fixed monthly fee, agreed before we start and reviewed openly if the work changes.

The year end.

Tap your company's year end month and see when the accounts are due.

March year end

Your accounts are due at Companies House by 31 December, and corporation tax by 1 January. The company tax return follows within twelve months of the year end. We work a month ahead of every deadline, so nothing lands late.

Dates shown are for a private limited company with a month end year end. First year deadlines differ, and we track those too.

Do I need a bookkeeper or an accountant?

Bookkeepers keep your records accurate day by day. Accountants use those records for year end accounts and tax planning. Clean books make your accountant faster and cheaper, and we work happily alongside whoever you already use.

When do I have to register for VAT?

You must register once your turnover passes £90,000 in any rolling twelve months.

What is Making Tax Digital?

HMRC's move to digital record keeping and quarterly reporting. From April 2026 it covers sole traders and landlords earning over £50,000, with more brought in from 2027. If it applies to you, we set up the software and file the updates as part of the service.

My books are months behind. Can you fix that?

Yes, and you would be in good company. Catch up work is one of the most common jobs we take on. We rebuild the records, sort the backlog, square everything with HMRC, and then keep you current so it never happens again.

How do you charge?

Fixed monthly fee, agreed before we start, reviewed openly if the work changes. No hourly meters and no surprise bills.

How close are you to VAT?

Pick your average monthly takings and see where you stand against the £90,000 registration threshold.
